Job Title: Life Insurance Specialist / Administrative Assistant
Location: 403A-55 Head St, Dundas, Ontario
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both sales and client service, supporting our clients with Life and Living Benefits insurance products while maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.

- Conduct daily sales activities and client outreach
- Contact clients, schedule appointments, and manage documentation
- Support and collaborate with the sales team
- Provide ongoing service to existing clients
- Liaise with Desjardins back office for client support and processing
- Proven experience in sales (insurance experience is an asset)
- LLQP license (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Post-secondary education (completed or in progress) preferred
- Base Salary: Starting from $80,000 + commission structure
