We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Automotive Sales and Leasing Representative who is self-driven and has a mature outlook. Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Flexible hours (We close at 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday)

Core Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting their perfect vehicle
- Develop and maintain a growing list of potential customers
- Cultivate a network of referrals (family, friends, associates, etc.)
- Engage with community and industry organizations to promote yourself and Surgenor Hyundai
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management
- Ensure repeat business through strong customer relationships
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong background in customer service
- Bilingual in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Professional appearance, speech, and behavior
- Expertise in presenting new and pre-owned vehicles in an informative, attractive way that promotes quick sales
Personal Attributes:
- Product knowledge expert who can sell the true value of both vehicles and the dealership
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to take direction and positive feedback
- Committed to ensuring smooth and customer-friendly transactions
