Job Description We are seeking an experienced, compliance-minded Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage our night shift operations. This role heavily prioritizes regulatory compliance and independent reliability. You will be solely responsible for maintaining strict provincial age-verification standards for controlled products and managing all lottery terminal operations during late-night hours, alongside standard retail duties. Key Responsibilities Strict ID Verification: Execute flawless ID check protocols for all regulated and age-restricted products. Maintain a 100% compliance record. Lottery Management: Independently operate the OLG terminal, process multi-ticket transactions, handle prize payouts, and accurately reconcile lottery inventory at shift close. Night Operations & Security: Manage the store independently during night shifts, ensuring personal and station security. Cash Management: Conduct safe drops, process cash/debit/credit transactions, and perform precise end-of-shift register balancing. Store Standards: Keep the station clean, restock inventory, face products, and prepare the store for morning peak hours. Requirements & Qualifications OLG Terminal: 3+ months of direct, recent OLG experience (Absolute Must). ID Checking: Demonstrable experience in a high-volume retail environment requiring strict adherence to age-gated product laws.
Availability: Must be fully available for night shifts. General flexibility for weekends is preferred. Independence: Proven ability to work alone overnight with minimal supervision, demonstrating high integrity and punctuality.
