We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping brides find their dream wedding attire while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience, guiding clients through the selection process, and ensuring that every detail is attended to with care and professionalism. Commission on sales made.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations to brides, understanding their vision and preferences for their wedding attire.
- Assist customers in selecting bridal gowns, accessories, and other related products.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current bridal trends and styles to offer informed recommendations.
- Manage the fitting process, including taking measurements and coordinating alterations as needed.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-up support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; experience in the bridal industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
- Technical sales experience is an advantage but not required.
