We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our new multidisciplinary clinic. Our team delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care through innovative treatment approaches that help individuals achieve their goals. Working alongside a dynamic group of clinicians, you will serve an active community, providing assessment, treatment, and ongoing management for a diverse caseload including private pay, MVA, and athletic clients.
Through our on-site partnership with ZerOne Performance Labs, you’ll have access to advanced performance analysis tools powered by AI and machine learning. By integrating gaze and movement data into clinical practice, our team enhances assessment accuracy, tracks progress with objective metrics, and elevates both rehabilitation and performance outcomes—setting a new standard for data-driven care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- As an integral team member of ZerOne | Athleticare, you will:
- Collaborate with Physicians, Dieticians, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, and Exercise/Athletic Therapists
- Build positive rapport with patients to establish and build lasting relationships
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic treatments and provide ongoing encouragement and support
- Document treatment record within patient charts and maintain patient confidentiality

Accountabilities
Registered Massage Therapists will report and be accountable to the Associate Allied Healthcare Services Clinic Manager and Director of Allied Health for supervision of tasks, direction of day-to-day tasks, and any and all scheduling.
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (2200 Hours).
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience
- Active licensure in good standing with the Alberta College of Massage Therapists
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Physically able to assist patients with mobility, transfers, and equipment handling

- This position is a contractor based position, remuneration will be based on a fee split for each services provided at a competitive rate
- We offer professional development support to all our active therapists and clinicians
- ZerOne Athleticare is looking to fill both Part-time and Full-time needs, which would included weekdays between 7am and 7pm, and Weekends as required
- Work will be located on-site at West Edmonton Mall Phase 1 on the 2nd floor, in the ZerOne Athleticare Clinic
