The Inside Sales Representative delivers exceptional customer service and accurate order processing. This role is responsible for supporting sales goals, maintaining internal processes, and contributing to customer satisfaction and business development efforts.
What you will bring:
- Experience in inside sales or customer service roles is beneficial.
- Knowledge of drilling and/or production and oilfield products is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Order entry and processing accuracy.
- Technical understanding of inventory and product availability systems.
- Written and verbal communication for customer and internal correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and order handling.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
- Aptitude for identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

- Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Support business development initiatives to grow the customer base.
- Organize and maintain documentation and internal records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
