What you’ll do
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
-
Supporting the department’s administrative duties, processing all Loss Prevention (LP) invoices in a timely manner, as well as reviewing and investigating exceptions to ensure invoices are accurate and meet purchase order terms.

Creates all SCLP purchase orders and processes all invoices for payment accurately and in a timely manner

Acts as first point of contact with SCLP vendors; effectively communicating with vendors and other departments to resolve all invoicing inquiries and discrepancies

Reviews and monitors Accounts Payable aging report to ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time

Assists with month-end and closing by reconciling all invoice payments

Provides support for audits when requested

Provides back up support to other Coordinators as required

- Focuses on self-development and Individual Development Plan seeking out learning and growth opportunities
What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:

Post-secondary education in Business Education or equivalent experience
-
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a related field
-
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications; ability to use Excel to generate queries and apply basic v-lookup, filtering, and other basic formulas to allow them to review larger data. Computer skills including Data entry, word processing, knowledge of accounting applications (i.e., Oracle)

Good project management and organizational skills to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the department needs; ability to track, update and maintain project activities and timelines

Demonstrated problem solving skills including analysis of information to effectively resolve issues and implement solutions

A provincial security license is recommended to be employed in this position
Salary Range: $42,330 - $59,160* /year
*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
