About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Powersports Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Honda Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Power Equipment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
· Provide knowledgeable guidance on Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and accessories
· Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with new models and features
· Complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with Ontario regulations
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
· Assist with showroom presentation and merchandising
· Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to dealership growth
Qualifications
· OMVIC Certification (required)
· Previous sales experience (powersports, automotive, or retail sales considered an asset)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, or outdoor power equipment is a strong asset
· Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
· Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
