What you can expect in a typical day:
We have an exciting opportunity for a safety focused individual looking to provide a meaningful and essential service to our customers. The Delivered Natural Gas Driver is responsible for delivering Irving Oil Products to various locations within the required geographical locations. DNG drivers will need to be trained in the delivery of both CNG and Fuel Products.
Specific responsibilities include:
Perform pre-trip checks
Connecting and disconnecting trailers for loading and off-loading facilities.
Safely drive tractor trailers to and from locations
Load and unload fuel

Education and experience
An active class 1 driver’s license required
A clear record check, including a Criminal Record search and Driver’s Abstract
Minimal 5 years experience driving with night and shift experience
Air brakes is required
Previous experience with liquid loads is considered an asset
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
WHMIS & TDG Certification
Ability to work well with others
Good organization and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong customer service skills are necessary
Strong safety focus required
