Summary
Join Mackie Homes as a Model Home Attendant in the brand new community of Stirling Meadows in Brockville. In this vital role, you will assist visitors, manage inquiries, and ensure the model homes are welcoming and well-maintained. Your contribution helps us showcase our commitment to excellence and customer service. This role is a contract position with opportunity for growth.
Hours
- Tuesday 10am - 2pm
- Friday 9am - 12pm
- Saturday 10am - 2pm
- Sunday 10am - 2pm
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide information about model homes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the model display areas.
- Manage visitor sign-ins and inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales and construction teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Support customer questions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed within the model home areas.'
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cloud-Based Software Systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
- Previous experience in real estate or home building industries is a plus.
