We're looking for you to join our team as a Junior Associate, Employment & Labour Law in Toronto, ON.

Since our approach is to be an integrated multidisciplinary firm, our team of lawyers work closely with accountants on client engagements in other tax practice areas.
As the Associate, you will analyze employment and labor law matters to gain deep insights into legal complexities. You'll be involved in all stages of cases, from intake to trial participation, including drafting, researching, attending proceedings, negotiating, and advocating at mediations. With guidance from Senior Associates and Partners, you'll provide counsel on diverse employment issues, swiftly identifying legal complexities and offering practical solutions. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively with external counsel are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you'll prepare briefs on regulations, compliance matters, and other legal issues, working closely with a team of seasoned lawyers to address intricate employment and labor law challenges.
