Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilize analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for future reference
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual) is highly desirable
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required
