Your Responsibilities as a Mechanic:
- Regular maintenance for our fleet of truck, loaders,trailers and landscape equipment
- Repairs including re wiring trailers, welding minor breaks
- Ordering parts as needed
- Managing shop and tools
- Managing parts stocks
- Join teams for projects and snow removal if required
- Property damage repairs including fence repairs, turf damage, fence damage

- Fleet is running smoothly
- Proactive repairs for equipment spring and fall
- Repairs done properly and in a timely manner
- Service repairs done on site with tools
Ideal Candidate for a Grounds Guys Mechanic
- Enjoy being part of a team, ability to teach, mentor and motivate team members with a friendly and positive outlook on life!
- Good Communication skills, is able to problem solve; make quick informed decisions but asks if they have questions, with attention to the details
- Valid Drivers licence
- 3+ years experience in vehicle repairs
