Job Description:
As a Junior CAD Designer/CNC Programmer, you will play a critical role in transforming client designs into precise and detailed technical drawings and CNC programs. You will work closely with our design and production team to ensure the successful execution of high-quality millwork projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop detailed cabinetry and millwork CAD drawings based on client specifications and project requirements.
- Translate CAD drawings into CNC programs for manufacturing using industry-standard software.
- Assist in the setup and operation of CNC machinery, ensuring precision and quality in all produced components.
- Work with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all CAD designs, CNC programs, and project files.
- Adhere to company quality standards and safety protocols in all aspects of work.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or certificate in CAD design, or a related field.
- Experience with CAD software (1. SketchUp, 2. Layout, 3. AutoCAD) and CNC programming (eCabinets or Mosaik) is preferred.
- Understanding of woodworking, millwork, or related manufacturing processes is a necessity.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
