Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting deployment drivers, mechanics, and warehouse operations to ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and set up bikes, scooters, or other equipment
- Charge scooters or related equipment as needed
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties, including:
- Reorganizing bikes/scooters
- Assisting with loading and unloading vans
- Cleaning warehouse space and equipment
- Supporting inventory management activities
- Safely ride and test bikes/scooters for inspection purposes, only as required to complete tasks
- Execute receiving transactions and inventory movements using an ERP system and electronic scanner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Excel) and mobile applications
- Strict adherence to safety standards
- Forklift certification (mandatory)
- Experience working with ERP systems for inventory and receiving transactions
- Fluency in French (mandatory)
- Must have the following prior to starting:
- Appropriate safety footwear (ASTM F2413-05, ASTM F2413-11, ASTM F2413-18 compliant)
- Suggested options include:
- Brahma Adan Steel Toe
- Larnmern Women’s Work Shoes
- Larnmern Steel Toe Lightweight (Men/Women)
- Larnmern Men Steel Toe
- Must be fully vaccinated
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous warehouse experience
