What You’ll Do:
1. Vendor Enablement & Channel Setup
Own end-to-end onboarding of Direct Ship and Online Only vendors, including system configuration and pilot execution
Educate vendors on requirements and ensure readiness prior to go-live
Set up key parameters such as lead times, transit times, SKU and Store ramp-ups, and order flows
2. Order Flow & Operational Execution
Ensure orders move accurately across channels with minimal disruption
Execute changes such as vendor/channel transitions and SKU ramp-ups
Monitor order flow performance and address exceptions proactively
Ensure vendor and product setup meet Line Review or Season Setup timelines
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner closely with Direct Ship, eCommerce, Order Management, Transportation, and Merchandising teams
Align all stakeholders on vendor setup requirements and readiness
Act as the main point of contact for assigned vendors and programs
4. Vendor & Program Management
Manage vendor configuration, inclusion lists, and participation in key programs (e.g., backorder, Canadian Tire managed programs)
Support seasonal and promotional programs requiring order movement or setup changes
Ensure vendors maintain operational standards and compliance
5. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
Investigate and resolve order flow or system-related issues
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve scalability
Support ongoing enhancements to channel execution and vendor performance
What Success Looks Like:
Vendor onboarding is completed accurately and on time with minimal rework
Orders flow consistently across channels with low exception rates
Cross-functional stakeholders are aligned and execution-ready
Operational issues are resolved quickly with root causes addressed
Processes are continuously improved to support scale and efficiency
What You Bring:
Core Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics
Strong understanding of order fulfillment and supply chain execution
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Technical Capabilities
Familiarity with supply chain systems (e.g. order management tools)
Strong Excel, Access/Knime, and data analysis skills
Ability to manage multiple workflows and system configurations
Leadership & Behaviors
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
