InsideOut Cleaning Services is an award-winning residential cleaning company serving North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, and Burnaby. We are currently looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team on a part-time basis.
This position is ideal for international students, Working Holiday Visa holders, or anyone seeking steady part-time employment with daytime hours.
20 - 30 hours per week available or more if desired

About the Role
During your first three weeks, you will work alongside experienced team members who will teach you our cleaning systems, standards, and procedures.
After successfully completing training, you will be expected to clean client homes independently while maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.
This position is best suited to someone who is comfortable working on their own, managing their time effectively, and taking pride in delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential homes according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize various areas of the home
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Work independently after training is complete
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
Requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Own transportation (most of our clients are on a bus route)
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently after training
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, carrying supplies (up to 25 lbs), and standing for extended periods
- Smartphone with an active data plan, as we use mobile apps for scheduling, time tracking, and communication throughout the workday
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Valid driver's licence is an asset but not required
