We are currently transitioning to an in-house sales team to ensure our retail and hospitality partners get the dedicated, high-quality care they deserve. We are looking for a knowledgeable, community-minded brand enthusiast to represent us across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

The Role
As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of Foamers’ Folly for our retail and taphouse partners. Your territory covers most of the Lower Mainland (from Port Moody to Abbotsford) with a focus on supporting our immediate local accounts.
You’ll spend your week out in the community visiting stores, managing accounts, dropping off the occasional order, and pouring our beer at tastings and weekend festivals.
What You’ll Do
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for accounts in your territory. Nurture existing partnerships and build new relationships with a positive, collaborative approach.
- Account Management & Admin: Input orders accurately, maintain organized notes on your accounts, and coordinate closely with our internal brewery team.
- Community Engagement: Represent the brewery at weekend beer festivals and conduct in-store tastings to share our story and drive brand awareness.
- Local Support: While we primarily use a third party for deliveries, you will jump in to deliver orders locally when it helps out the team and makes sense for the business.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Collaborative Communicator: Your written and verbal communication is polished, prompt, and highly organized.
- A Flavour Enthusiast: You have a background in sales, account management, or hospitality (Craft Beer experience would be awesome, followed by general alcohol/beverage experience). You enjoy learning about flavor profiles and can speak enthusiastically about our beer.
- Empathetic & Resilient: You focus on the positive and love finding solutions to improve the customer experience. When faced with challenges, you are resilient and work to find a path forward.
- Responsible: You demonstrate excellent judgment and responsibility when working around alcohol.
- Safe Driver: A valid driver’s license and a strong driver's abstract are mandatory.

Schedule and Hours
40 Hours per Week: We offer a fluid schedule with flex-time to accommodate events, tastings, and meetings (including occasional weekends). A typical week runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
We believe in supporting our team both on and off the road.
- Target Earnings: $60,000 – $72,000 On-Target Earnings
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of your salary, based on highly attainable, collaborative monthly goals.
