Parkside Lawn Care is looking for a motivated and dependable Landscape Labourer / Assistant to join our growing team.

Position Details
- Part-time to Full-time
- Typical schedule begins at 3 days per week (Wednesday–Friday) with the opportunity to increase to up to 40 hours per week for the right candidate.
- Wage: $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and performance.
- Work directly alongside the owner/operator in a supportive, hands-on environment.
- Excellent opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
Your work may include:
- Lawn mowing
- Line trimming and edging
- Garden maintenance and weeding
- Pruning shrubs and small trees
- Landscaping projects
- Yard and leaf cleanups
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Driving company vehicles between job sites
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous landscaping experience is an asset but is not required. We provide on-the-job training and will teach the skills needed to succeed safely and confidently.
Some days are easier than others, and some are physically demanding, but we work hard, support one another, and take pride in delivering quality work while enjoying the day.
