Our Professional Servies team is seeking an Implementation Consultant to utilize their industry knowledge and technical expertise to translate customer requirements into solution deliverables. You will utilize your understanding of industry best practices, methodologies and process controls to deliver Cogsdale CSM Solution to new customers. This includes assisting with business process requirements analysis and system configuration.


Assist with system configuration, testing, implementation, training and support and functional specifications as defined in the discovery document/process
Participate in discovery sessions with our clients to determine the “As-Is” and “To-Be” states of their systems. With this information assist with an analysis of options, alternatives, and system capabilities to best configure our system to meet the client’s needs.
Develop and maintain key end-to-end knowledge documents throughout the project.
Work in conjunction with senior team members with configuration, conversion, and process work.
Provide functional support to data conversion team members
Communicate and provide status updates to PM and team member
Assist clients with end-to-end system testing and troubleshooting.
Work on special projects to help increase efficiencies across our technical implementations
Up to 75% travel at times
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
1+ years of Utility CIS and/or Utility Industry experience with a focus in Customer Service & Field Operations
1+ years of programming or complex SQL scripting experience
Demonstrated ability to interpret requirements, recommend solutions and lead/participate in business process analysis sessions with customers
Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills. Must be able to analyze information to make independent decisions quickly and effectively
