- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with BMW standards
- Complete vehicle inspections and accurately document findings
- Utilize BMW diagnostic equipment and repair information systems
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing BMW training and development programs
- Perform Video to customer
- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- BMW or European vehicle experience is an asset but not required
