In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Training to be provided
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Experience in Quick Books an asset.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment are essential.
