Job Description
North Country Cycle & Sports currently has an opening for an additional service advisor.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Greeting customers
Open new work orders, accurately recording customer information and requirements
Booking appointments
Scheduling service work and delegating jobs to mechanics
Answering phone calls
Contacting customers updating them on quotes, work status and work completion
Review daily billing of labour hours and parts
Complete various clerical duties including photocopying, emailing, faxing, sorting/filing etc.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask
Knowledge of boats, outboards, ORV's and snowmobiles
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and efficient manner
Ability to understand mechanical functions
Motivated team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
Familiar with windows computer applications
Salary-Based on experience
