Pay: $17.95–$18.00/hour
Shield Security Group is currently hiring for two full-time Security Guard positions at a residential condominium in Newmarket.
Position 1 – Full-Time Night Shift:
Schedule: Every Sunday to Thursday
Hours: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM
Hours per week: 40+ hours
Position 2 – Full-Time Evening Shift:
Schedule: Every Monday to Friday
Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Hours per week: 40+ hours
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Basic computer skills for reports and email.
- Able to perform light to moderate foot patrols.
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts when required due to an emergency or operational need.
Key Duties:
- Conduct light foot patrols.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies.
- Assist residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports.
- Maintain a professional security presence.
- Follow all site procedures and company policies.
