Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance activities, and month-end close processes.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities, including intercompany transactions and CAD/USD reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal control processes to support business planning.
- Develop, mentor, and support the accounting team while promoting accuracy, accountability, and professional growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, strengthen reporting, and improve operational performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight that supports strategic decisions and business operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year.
