Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate:
- Connect with new and existing customers to understand their communication needs and introduce tailored service solutions
- Present a range of telecommunications offerings, including high-speed internet, mobile plans, home entertainment services, and smart connectivity features
- Provide clear, engaging explanations of available packages, promotions, and service options so customers can make confident decisions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by offering thoughtful recommendations and attentive support while confidently closing sales when customers are ready to move forward
- Complete transactions accurately while maintaining organized customer records
- Work toward individual and team performance goals through relationship-building and strong communication
- Stay informed on new telecommunications innovations, promotions, and service enhancements
Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, telecommunications, or customer service is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- A motivated, results-driven mindset with enthusiasm for learning and growth
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
