Patterson Sales and Service is seeking a professional person to handle our general carpentry and our warranty work for our mini and modular homes division . Duties include taking care of deficiency lists, year ends, light carpentry work, drywall repair, drywall taping, painting, miscellaneous trim work, minor plumbing, minor electrical, site clean up, material delivery and general labor, Must have tools, and be absolutely trust worthy, dependable ad presentable. Strong communication skill are a must.
