Summary:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor with a strong background in Edgebander operation. This role involves working on the manufacturing floor, overseeing cabinet door manufacturing, and performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Edgebander, along with other woodworking machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
- Motivate and train a team to achieve production goals and continuous improvement.
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with production staff to meet order demands and schedule adjustments.
