Job Summary
As the Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day success of the store by leading the team, driving sales performance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will actively sell alongside your team while coaching, motivating, and developing strong results across all key performance areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on results and customer experience
Actively sell every day and lead by example on the sales floor
Drive performance across key metrics including wireless, internet, TV, accessories, and protection
Create a positive, team-first environment built on accountability, energy, and support
Maintain store standards including merchandising, inventory accuracy, and overall store presentation
Stay current on new technology, rate plans, and promotions, and ensure the team is confident in what they’re selling
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed consistently and professionally
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a retail environment (3+ years preferred)
Strong sales ability with a track record of consistently hitting targets
A coach-style leader who enjoys developing people and building team confidence
Passion for technology and helping customers find the best solutions for their needs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping service and standards high
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
