We are currently seeking Lift Truck Operators for our Winnipeg Distribution Centre located at 230 Panet Road.
As a Lift Truck Operator, you will be responsible for general warehouse duties, including picking/placing products in and out of the racks.

As a Lift Truck Operator, you will:
- Drive the lift truck and perform proper checks to ensure safe working conditions.
- Pick products from racking according to pick lists and ensure proper product placement in racking.
- Assist with customer pick-ups.
- Reconcile any discrepancies identified in a timely manner.
- Understand and follow all safe work practices and rules.
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Lift truck certification, or ability to take and pass the company's certified training.
- Understanding of how to effectively use a radio scanner (RF) gun.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn in-house computer systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work at platform heights of up to 26 feet.
- Good physical condition with stamina to maneuver heavier products with equipment assistance.
- Able to conduct physical work in warm and cold conditions.
- Ability to meet flexible schedule requirements, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to operate various equipment (dock levellers, hand trucks, garbage baler, cardboard baler, forklift, lift truck, etc.).
- Availability to work overtime as required.
