Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Advisor (DBA) to join our Dr. Barbara Sturm counter at Holt Renfrew Calgary. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-touch client consultations and skincare recommendations
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong client book through clienteling and follow-up
- Ensure the counter is maintained to luxury visual merchandising standards
- Support in-store events, animations, and brand activations
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and brand storytelling
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury beauty or skincare retail
- Strong sales mindset with a proven track record
- Passion for skincare and client experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours (including weekends)
- Mandarin or a second language is an asset
