AV Group NB Inc. is currently recruiting for the following position: Logistics Support

Role Overview
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Support is responsible for developing alignment between our two facilities in Nackawic and Atholville through identifying best practices and transferring them.

  • Learn and document the logistic business procedures at both locations.
  • Identify similarities and differences of all logistic processes between the two mills.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and transfer best practices.
  • Perform data analysis.
  • Deal with day to day operational issues.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education.
  • Proven track record in previous work experience.
  • A self-starter with a high degree of motivation, initiative and problem solving ability
  • Must be able to work with existing staff through high degree of communication skills.
  • Must be a big picture thinker
