A Rare Part-Time Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and experienced individual to help oversee our Wetaskiwin location on a part-time basis.
This position offers consistent weekday hours (10 AM – 2 PM) and is ideal for someone seeking meaningful work with flexibility while staying engaged in the agricultural industry and local community.
During your shift, you will typically be the primary person on site and will be trusted to ensure smooth daily operations and strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations during scheduled hours
- Assist agricultural and commercial customers with fuel and lubricant needs
- Coordinate deliveries and site logistics
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete basic administrative tasks
- Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the local agricultural community
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
