At ServiceBox, we help service businesses run better. Our software supports thousands of field service professionals across North America, helping them manage scheduling, work orders, invoicing, payments, customer communication, and more.
We're looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our team and provide maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 months. This is a fully remote position and an opportunity to work directly with customers, learn a growing software platform, and play an important role in helping our customers get the most from ServiceBox.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day answering tickets in isolation.
You'll work directly with customers through onboarding sessions, training calls, troubleshooting conversations, and ongoing support. If you enjoy helping people, solving practical problems, learning new technology, and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll support customers throughout their ServiceBox journey by:
- Guiding new customers through onboarding and training
- Helping customers understand workflows, best practices, and how to get value from the platform
- Responding to customer support questions and troubleshooting issues
- Participating in phone support coverage
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Creating and updating customer-facing help articles and knowledge base content
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
- Following up with customers to ensure successful adoption of the platform
No two days are exactly the same. Some days you'll be leading onboarding sessions, while others you'll be solving customer problems, updating documentation, or helping improve internal processes.

Bonus Points For
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Onboarding, Implementation, Training, or Account Management
- Experience working in SaaS or technology companies
- Familiarity with HubSpot or customer support platforms
- Experience supporting trades, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or field-service businesses
- Experience creating customer-facing documentation or knowledge base content
What Success Looks Like
Within your first few months, you'll develop a strong understanding of ServiceBox, confidently support customers through onboarding and support requests, and become a trusted resource for customers and teammates alike.
