Dielco Electric Ltd. is a growing electrical contractor serving the industrial, commercial, institutional, and municipal sectors across Southwestern Ontario. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team.

About the Role
As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the business. You will work closely with our management team to ensure the office runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to employees, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable
- Payroll processing and employee onboarding documentation
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and customer correspondence
- Maintain employee files and support HR administration
- Assist with benefits administration and company records
- Manage office supplies, mail, and general office organization
- Support project managers with administrative tasks
- Enter and maintain data within Sage and Microsoft Office
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and company events as required
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role
- Experience with payroll and bookkeeping
- Experience using Sage (or similar accounting software) is considered an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
