This is a frontline position and the successful applicant will be the primary contact for patients with our office. Impeccable written and spoken English is a must.The successful applicant must possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate the following abilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer the phone and schedule appointments
- Triage referrals and book clinics appropriately
- Book follow-up appointments with patients
- Update, file and maintain patients' medical records
- Register new patients and update existing patient demographics
- Facilitate patient flow by notifying staff of patient's arrival or delay
- Respond to patients, prospective patients, and visitor inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Keep medical office supplies adequately stocked
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area, waiting room and exam rooms
- Answer Incoming calls with appropriate delegation and follow-up
Applicants MUST have experience with an EMR system.
