Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food quality.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established recipes and customer expectations.
- Develop menus that reflect current trends while maintaining consistency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen operations.
- Train new staff on food safety, hygiene practices, and service standards.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to coordinate service times and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
- Lead by example in serving customers with professionalism and hospitality.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Excellent team management capabilities with leadership qualities that motivate staff.
