Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and familiarity with basic construction tools and techniques. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of construction work.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Support steel framers, drywallers, insulators by providing necessary tools and materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as trained and authorized
- Perform tasks such as caulking, poly, cutting and supply
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
Experience
- Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Physically capable of carrying materials and tools. Lots of stairs
- Knowledge of various trades such as steel framing, drywall, taping is beneficial but not necessary
- Use hand tools effectively is desirable
- A strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Pay: $17.25-$25.00 per hour
