Job:

The full time day receptionist role includes answering phones, administration, customer care to Realtors and clients coming into the office. You will work independently, with support and training provided. There are several growth opportunities within the company for those who show the characteristics we are looking for.

You will work under the General Manager, working alongside a team of five other full-time staff and two part time evening and weekend staff.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Starting wage of $16-19 per hour (depending on experience) with growth opportunities after performance reviews.

Please note this is a position to cover Maternity Coverage with and End date of May 11th 2020

Experience:

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years’ experience in a receptionist role handling a minimum 6 line switchboard, be highly organized, have attention to detail, be self-motivated, and enjoy working independently in your role. You should enjoy being friendly on the phone and in person, and have a strong memory for names and faces. Strong working experience and knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with a real estate brokerage or similar organization is an asset.

Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
