Busy GC looking for skilled renovator to assist in onsite renovations with quality, safety and customer services top priorities. Preferably 5+ year’s experience in additions, renovations and new construction.
Your Responsibilities:
· Assist in renovations including multi-unit conversions, apartment turn overs, decks, kitchens, and bathrooms.
· Ensure a safe working construction site.
· Ensure a clean and organized work site.
Your Qualifications:
· 5+years experience in the skilled trades
· Willingness to continue learning learning various aspects of framing, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, etc.
· Reliable vehicle or transportation
We are professional, build to code, provide competitive wage, holiday pay, company clothing, and all necessary training. Hours of work are 7:30am to 3:30pm. $28/hr to $35/hr based on experience
