Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Printing Production Assistant to join our creative team. This role involves designing visually compelling graphics, managing print production processes, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital design, branding, and print production, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client specifications and project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging visual content including logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Create UI designs and motion graphics for various digital platforms utilizing tools such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, and InVision.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute branding strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare print-ready files ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and proper formatting for various printing processes.
- Operate printing equipment and oversee the entire print production workflow from file setup to finishing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining an organized studio environment and inventory of printing supplies.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks related to design projects as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Experience with UI design, motion graphics, logo creation, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles for both digital and print media.
- Familiarity with digital design tools like Sketch and InVision for prototyping and presentation purposes.
- Ability to produce high-quality designs tailored for marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
