About Us Endlessheal is a federally incorporated Toronto company running Endlessheal.ca – an online collectibles shop specializing in premium action figures, LEGO sets, sports cards, board games, and more. We ship to customers in more than 15 countries.
You will work directly with the founder and see every part of the business.
What You Will Do
· Handle client communications: reply to emails, keep clients updated, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
· Schedule and coordinate tasks across our client accounts and our own store
· Support order fulfilment: pick, pack, and prepare international and domestic shipments with our packaging standards
· Receive and log incoming inventory from our distributors
· General administrative support: records, invoices, and simple reports
What We Are Looking For
· 1+ year of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (or strong e-commerce platform experience)
· Strong understanding of Google SEO, ranking algorithms, and advertising (PPC) campaigns
· Fluent in English and Mandarin / Cantonese
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
· Basic photo editing skills required (Photoshop is an asset)
· Basic video editing skills is a plus
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Ability to work under strict deadlines
· Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
· Organized and dependable, with good written English
· Comfortable learning software tools (we use WordPress, Facebook Marketplace, and AI-assisted workflows daily — full training provided)
· Able to work on-site at 1a, 580 Steven Ct, Newmarket, ON for fulfilment days, with some flexibility on scheduling
· Passion for collectibles, anime, LEGO, Pokémon, or pop culture (big advantage!)
· Eager to learn and grow with a small, dynamic team
· Creative, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
· Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Pay and Growth
· $19.00 per hour, starting at around 10–20 hours per week
· Product discounts + year end performance bonuses(depend on the time you worked)
· As our volume grows, we expect this role to expand toward full-time
· You will be trained in the AI-assisted workflows we use to run the business, with strong growth potential
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
