Landscaping and Four Season Maintenance- Supervisor

Supervisor Duties:
- Point of contact for clients and workers.
- Report any concerns or issues to the manager on duty.
- Make sure team members properly clock in and out of shifts and breaks.
- Make sure all workers have had proper breaks.
- Make sure workers on shift have completed COVID-19 screening forms.

General Duties:
- Site clean up, preparation, teardown, staging and set up.
- Moving of equipment and materials.
- Assisting in small renovations and repairs.

Seasonal Summer to Fall Duties:
- Spread top soil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to assist with the
construction of a landscape and related structures.
- Cut grass, rake, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other
maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain lawns and grass along roadsides.
- Operate and maintain power mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws
and other landscape maintenance equipment.

- Spray trees, shrubs, lawns and gardens, as directed, to control insects and disease.
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments.
- Install garden edging, landscape aggregates and more.
- Other duties as assigned.

Seasonal Winter to Spring Duties:
- Remove snow manually &/or operating snow removal equipment.
- Check ice conditions at properties and apply appropriate materials.
- Work long days during heavy snowfall.
- Able to complete work efficiently while adhering to company safety policies & procedures.
- Work shifts begin at 1-4 am (weather pending).
- Operate and maintain snow blowers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information
> Must be able to lift a minimum 25 kg (50 lbs), above waist height, potentially for sustained periods of
time.
> G2 or G license and a clean driver's abstract report would be considered an asset to applicants.
> Previous experience in safe operation of a small compact loader would be considered an asset.
> Weekend hours will be required.
> Winter hours may vary.
> Must be able to supply an active cell phone number.
> Must be able to secure transport to sites or pickup locations in a timely manner.
