CIMA Plus

Why join CIMA+?

The key element for offering quality services is our capacity to attract and retain talented and engaged individuals. At CIMA+, team members enjoy the necessary flexibility to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life, while leading a rewarding career. In addition, they have the possibility to participate in the firm’s employee ownership plan, and therefore share its success. We offer a motivating work environment, and our employees appreciate the diversity of projects we carry out, and the great autonomy that allows them to interact directly with clients. Such proximity is possible because of our flat organizational structure, which translates into trusting relationships, and efficient communication between the members of our team, and our clients.

In 2012, CIMA+ officially committed to make sustainable development an integral part of its business model. At that time, we introduced a sustainable development policy, and since then we have published biennial reports on the status of our commitment in this area. In order to formalize this commitment, in 2018 we have developed a strategy to ensure that sustainable development is integrated throughout our organization, in all fields of expertise as well as all operations.

The candidate we are looking for will work closely with the Director, Marketing and Sustainability to implement the strategy through the following activities:

Develop an action plan to integrate sustainability into our office practices, namely to reduce the carbon footprint and make better decisions regarding resources, ensure better management of waste materials and improve responsible procurement practices.
