Harth Mozza & Wine Bar is looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re an Italian restaurant focused on quality ingredients, local sourcing where possible, and classic Italian cooking techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
- 35+ hours/week availability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Works well with others and under pressure
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine is an asset, but not required
- Open to feedback and eager to improve
