In this role, you'll get to take full ownership of the complete customer experience. we will provide full training so you can confidently work directly on a customer's car and be in control of the entire customer service and sales cycle. You will be greeting customers, discussing products and services with customers, providing recommendations based on vehicle assessments, suggesting new products and services. you'll also get to perform replacement of vital car fluids, replacement of under the hood parts, learn and perform tire changes, and replacement.
Other Duties:
- Basic computer and internet literacy
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Front counter work with customers, including payment collection
- Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.)
- Use computer diagnostic equipment

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
