Salesperson Responsibilities:
✅Achieve specific sales targets as set out by the Sales Managers.
✅Meet & greet clients in a professional manner.
✅Assess client's needs and be knowledgeable about various different vehicle makes and models.
✅Attend test drives with clients.
✅Explain various payment options and financial packages to clients.
✅Follow up with all clients via phone, email, social media etc.
✅Assist clients with deliveries and any after-sale issues.
✅Attend weekly sales meetings.
Sales Associate Skills:
- Communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English with all clients and other staff (other language is an asset).
- Teamwork skills: Must have the ability to work efficiently both individually and in a team setting. We are looking for a team player.
- Computer skills: Ability to utilize a Dealer Management Software (training will be provided), utilize social media to individually promote oneself, ability to write emails with good grammar.

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred. Sales experience in a different industry can be considered.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
- Fluent in English, other language is an asset.
- Valid Sales License issued by the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC. (This license can also be obtained upon hiring).
- Dress Code: Business Professional
- This is a full time position including weekends.
Compensation:
- We offer a competitive pay plan with several benefits. This position is commission-based. Flat Rate is included.
