Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety
- Assist with food plating and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all health department regulations and company policies
Experience
- Experience working on a line in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and flow
- Attention to detail in plating and food quality
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising standards
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Food Safe certification is an asset
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)
