Most days will begin with reviewing the performance of your automations from the previous night—confirming whether workflows ran as expected or require adjustments. You will refine processes, troubleshoot permission or configuration issues, and celebrate incremental improvements that enhance overall efficiency. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with the HR R&D team to brainstorm solutions, develop quick prototypes, and address real challenges faced by employees working in low‑connectivity environments.
As priorities shift quickly, you will adapt to changing needs, provide updates during weekly team meetings, and occasionally demo your work to leadership when key milestones are achieved. Some days will involve exploring new connectors or AI‑driven tools; on others, you may focus on optimizing SharePoint lists, improving data quality, or enhancing existing workflows. Each day blends building, problem‑solving, learning, and experimenting—and it is highly rewarding to see your work deployed and used across the organization.
