Job Summary:
As a Lead Setter, you will be the catalyst for change, identifying and connecting with homeowners interested in switching to solar power. You’ll generate quality leads, set appointments, and pave the way for our team to close the deal. Your role is crucial in our mission to make Nova Scotia greener and more independent, one home at a time.
Responsibilities:
Door-to-Door Dynamo: Generate quality leads by capturing the interest of potential customers through direct engagement.
Target Crusher: Consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets of 10 leads per week (and 2.5 sales per week for closers).
Community Connector: Build positive, no-pressure relationships within the community and enhance brand awareness.
Team Player: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest solar technology and lead generation communication skills.
Requirements:
- Ridiculously confident with persuasive communication skills.
- Over-the-top work ethic with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
- Experience in direct selling, outbound sales, or car sales.
- Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle and a clean driver abstract.
- Clean criminal record.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
